VICTORIA A. LUCIDO, ESQ

Victoria joined the firm in 2015 and became a Partner in 2021. She focuses her practice on Civil Litigation and Municipal Law and appears in both State and Federal Court as well as before various administrative agencies.

Victoria represents and advises both public and private clients on a variety of matters including Tort Claims pursuant to Title 59, CEPA and LAD claims, breach of contract claims and other litigated matters. She has experience arguing before Courts
at all levels including State and Federal Courts and the New Jersey Supreme Court. Victoria also represents public and private sector employers, unions and employees in all types of employment litigation and defense. Additionally, Victoria handles commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Victoria also serves as an independent hearing officer regarding employee discipline and issues written opinions and recommendations in connection with those hearings. In addition, Victoria serves as the Panel Chair of the District VI Fee Arbitration Committee as appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Before joining the firm, Victoria served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Catherine Enright in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County. Victoria then transitioned to a local law firm where her practice consisted of labor and employment litigation.

Victoria received her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Monmouth University. Victoria is admitted to the New Jersey and the New York bars, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
