KELSEY SHALINSKY

Kelsey is an associate with the firm who concentrates her practice on civil litigation. She provides litigation support in the way of drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other discovery documents and requests. She also assists in trial preparation and appeals.

Kelsey is experienced with proceedings in administrative law, civil division, appellate division, and alternative dispute resolution forums. She further assists with legal research and drafting of memoranda on nuanced and emerging issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelsey clerked for Presiding Judge Thomas M. Moore of Essex County in the Civil Division where she also shared her time clerking with the Honorable Bridget A. Stecher, Honorable Lisa M. Adubato, and Honorable Bruce D. Buechler.

Kelsey received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School in Newark and her Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, from Montclair State University with a major in Justice Studies. She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
